Yoga Nidra Session

FLO members had an opportunity to savour a rejuvenating experience at 136.1 Yoga studio when they experienced a session of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra refreshes and rejuvenates the body and mind and also sets the tempo for the day. Yoga Nidra is a yogic and scientific technique for clearing deep-seated tensions and stresses from not only the body and mind, but also the deep subconscious. With constant practice of Yoga Nidra, people have found that the technique restructures and transforms the whole personality from within. This form of true relaxation was a therapy that was much needed for a holistic approach to life and the FLO members had an initiation that was unforgettable.
