World Heart Day, Guwahati

A mentor-mentee programme was organised by FLO North East Chapter for its members. Chairperson Saroj Khemka roped in a professional Rajasthani cook to provide tips to the members about the intricacies of authentic Rajasthani cuisine.

It was a very interesting programme where members learnt to use the exact spices required in various dishes. Some spices were very new as members from the eastern part of the country did not even know the names of certain spices. For most of non-vegetarian members it was even more interesting because they learnt that even vegetarian food could be so tasty and exciting.
