Workshop: YFLO Kithen

A series of 6 cookery workshops will be conducted during the course of the year by celebrity/guest chefs. The year will end with a launch of a cookery book that will include all these recipes along with contributions from the members. YFLO Kitchen presented three workshops till now which was held in three major places of Kolkata:

• The Hyatt Regency (22nd May) – The first culinary workshop will be an Italian cookery workshop by visiting Chef Roberto.
• ITC Sonar Bangla (27th June) – The second culinary workshop with Chef Imtiaz Qureshi. It was a demonstration of some delicious Indian (vegetarian) dishes and shall include a hands-on workshop for some of the items.
• The Lalit – Great Eastern (22nd August) – The third culinary workshop in the bakery of Lalit. It was a demonstration of yummy quinches, savouries, tart n cake.
