WORKSHOP ON HAPPY SOUL BY POOJA BEDI

FLO organised a Personal Transformation Workshop on 7th may 2018  with Ms. Pooja Bedi- a prominent TV, Film & Entertainment Media personality, fondly remembered by us for her role with Amir Khan in JO JEETA WOH SIKANDER , an award winning talk show host & relationship columnist HEART CHAKRA.

The motto of this workshop was to understand ourselves better, our hidden powers & strength of subconscious mind, activating our seven chakras, the process of being Happy, accepting the virtue of forgiveness & letting things go.

Chairperson Reena Aggarwal took opportunity in this session to launch our much awaited, her dream her vision her skill project UDAAN EK SOCH.

UDAAN symbolizes the rise of women from the vulnerable sections of our society. The dream project is going to skill these women to empower themselves and earn a respectable lives. We will be providing them workshops in stitching, beautician, gift wrapping, cooking, painting etc. In their area of interest we will train them and then employ them or market their products or help open the business. Rajni Bector, Mridula Jain, Shubha sanwalka , Komal Aggarwal , Sanam Mehra ,Rimpy Khurana,  and chairperson Reena Aggarwal with Pooja Bedi launched this project UDAAN EK SOCH.

If you give wings to women she will fly high and spread the fragrance.

The workshop began with audio-visual presentation on exploring the theory of Mind- “the sub-consciousness”. The modalities used in were hypothesis, self-hypothesis, metaphysics, science & research, magnified healing & color therapy. The workshop also laid emphasis to explore the science of Happiness to enable us to release internal, familial, social, interpersonal & professional frictions and tensions.

In the second part of the workshop was to reflect upon & meditate upon oneself. Ms Pooja bedi took the audience to an amazing realisation that how our past life impacts our future & how by keeping guilt & not forgiving, we make our lives more of a hearty burden. Things Like saying a ‘Sorry’, ‘Thank you’, ‘It’s ok’ are not just merely words but a self help to better life.

The major highlights were:

1. The Concept of the workshop was so impactful that once again we had a power packed house.

2. There was a moment of silence in the banquet and the members tried to recall, saying ‘Sorry’ to themselves looking at the mirror & realising their self-worth.

3. The workshop motivated our members to lead a purposeful life by achieving personal and professional goals.organised a workshop on Personal Transformation.
