The Tides of Transformation: Strengthening Your Mind, Body & Soul with Malini Ramani, Mala Barua & Vasudha Rai

Wellness is the search for enhanced quality of life, personal growth, and potential through positive lifestyle behaviours and attitudes.” With that said, in order to attain overall wellness, one must not only focus on the physical, but also on mental and spiritual aspects. As the mind, body and soul are so intrinsically intertwined and they directly affect the action of the others, it is essential to maintain a balance between the three. A special evening curated by Gunjan Poddar & Amala Earth, guiding us on how we can be Mindfull when comes to strengthening mind, body and soul- we had with us Malini Ramani, fashion designer and trained yoga teacher; Mala Barua, wellness consultant & author and Vasudha Rai, a social media beauty influencer & author.

The panel elaborated on the importance of daily practices and their favourite wellness rituals . Malini Ramani, a well-known name in the fashion industry spoke about her shift to holistic living and a tryst with Kundalini Yoga. Mala Barua spoke about meditation as a way of life she also emphasised on the benefits of a conscious and sustainable living. Vasudha Rai highlighted the integral role circadian rhythms play in diverse aspects of physical and mental health.
