“The Road Less Travelled” with Ms. G. Sree Vidhya

Ms. G. Sree Vidhya, (a first generation entrepreneur) is the Chairperson & Managing Director of Ravindra Service Private Limited Group – A Private Limited Company, which is into Facility Management, Temp Staffing and Guarding / Security services including Armed Guards, Cash in Transit Vans etc. She shared with us her story of grit, spirit and the determination and challenges in being the only Woman Entrepreneur in India in Guarding Services, which is a male bastion.
By sheer hard work and dedication she rose to the rank of the Chairperson of the Company. Sree Vidhya is the only Woman Entrepreneur in India in guarding Services, which is a male Bastion. Ravindra Services owns the brands – D Group Security Force and Dialtone Hotline Services and has a 5000 workforce.

She is the recipient of “WOMAN ACHIEVER” award from Ladies Circle 42, Chennai and also the “RAJIV GANDHI SHIROMANI AWARD” for entrepreneurship in a male bastion which was awarded by ‘NATIONAL INTEGRATION AND ECONOMIC COUNCIL”-NEW DELHI.
