Panel Discussion "CHALLENGES FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS"

Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) is a non profit organization which works towards fostering entrepreneurship in India. They work closely with colleges and inspire students to take up entrepreneurship.

NEN and Praxis Business School, as part of the celebrations of E Week 2010 (Entrepreneurship Week India, a nationwide awareness campaign) invited Women entrepreneurs from FLO Kolkata to a panel discussion on “Challenges and hurdles faced by women entrepreneurs in India”.

FLO Chairperson Salmoli Mukerji and YFLO Chairperson Gunjan Poddar represented FLO Kolkata to share their experiences and talk on the topic to a batch of budding management students at this residential Business School near Kolkata. The interaction moderated by Marketing faculty head Prof. A K Halder, saw a team of over 50 students listening to the active forum and participating in the interactive session post the panel discussion. Apart from the panel discussion, the management school students were introduced to FLO and YFLO as a platform for women entrepreneurs and also several projects of the organization.
