MOCK Board Session

Mock Board Session was organized for the Participants of the Women On Board training. The Mock Board training was a conscious attempt to help them understand the roles of Executive/ Non- executive and Independent Directors in the Board room and the legal bindings attached to the decisions of the company. The members were trained to take crucial decisions that arised out of Hypothetical company – Alliance Hospitals.
