The 3rd Workshop of the FLO Workshop Series was on a very pertinent topic – Successful Selling Begins with You: Build your Brand. Sunil Alagh, Managing Director of SKA Advisors Pvt. Ltd conducted the session.

Sunil Kumar Alagh is the Managing Director of SKA Advisors Pvt. Ltd. – a business advisory and consultancy service with an emphasis on Marketing and Brand management strategies.

He is a recognized thought provocateur who enables teams to realize their full potential and partners them to build a sustainable profitable business model. Sunil Alagh has 40 years of hands-on experience and has developed and incubated several successful brands like Britannia Tiger.

Mr. Sunil Alagh shared his experiences from the industry and in his own witty way, he gave some very important lessons for effective marketing and branding.

“You don’t build a brand alone. You build it along with the people around you- your family, your team and the others. You need to learn from your own strengths. Simplification is the key and conveying the message to the right audience in the right way is essential,” said Mr. Alight.

He emphasized on innovation, creation and effective distribution for the right brand image. The highlight of his talk was his mantra “Beg, borrow and steal to build your brand – Beg people who help to build your brand to say, Borrow from experts the ideas that help your brand to grow…Steal and existing idea and make it bigger.”
