Culinary Conversations and more with Chef Vicky Ratnani

YFLO Kolkata went full house with the exuberant event on November 29 at J W Mariott where more than 150 members got the opportunity to interact, learn and try their hands at some mouth watering signature dishes, by celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani. From a mere source of sustenance, food today has moved a long way to play a pivotal role in our lives. Vicky Ratnani being a globe trotter, there couldn’t have been a better choice for me to introduce my members to some innovative range of cuisine, resplendent with exquisite ingredients, distinct flavour and subtle savours. Vicky introduced YFLO to some of his signature dishes and took time to demonstrate the method of preparing them to our members.
