Charity walk from Sabarmati Ashram to Sabarmati Jail

FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) held a charity walk on 2nd October, starting from Gandhi Ashram at 9.00 am ending at Sabarmati Jail.

Members of the Lioness club of Karnavati, Rotary Club, Lions Club of Ahmedabad Greater and Tupperware employees.

Each Participant donated for the cause and the collection was given to the child inmates of the jail. Toys, books, clothes, shoes, biscuits and each member had monetarily contributed towards the cause.

Members visited the jail after 1 hour walk and interacted with the women inmates. The Jail authorities welcomed us with their famous chai and bhajiyas. All the members went back home with their heart lighter and full of joy.
