Highlights from Rinpoche’s teachings:

The subject of change is impermanence so the way to go through importance or Anitya is through kindness
Impermanence is wonderful teaching which we cannot avoid in our life.
To make sense of life we will have to think about impermanence.

If we think everything is permanent then it will lead to self-centredness and when we have a sense of self-centredness we will have a stronger sense of impatience, intolerance and sufferings.

If we allow a deep sense of thinking to reflect deeply on ourselves on our thinking on our emotions we see the true essence of being alone.

Being alone is not always a negative thing as we can discover the true sense of what lies inside us. So we should profoundly discover ourselves of being alone.

Being alone opens up a tremendous amount of space and acceptance which we call as Meditation.

As being alone in the sense of meditation is such a joy and strength to open up and accept the way it is.
In the sense of finding ourselves is being at present right here and right now.
To have stability in life we need to be in present.

All in one we need to develop a sense of kindness and compassion as they both can heal everything.
Sense of happiness is interdependent.

Don’t regret but think less!
