1st Networking Session 2024-25

The 1st Networking Session under the dynamic leadership of Joyshree Das Verma, the 41st National President of FICCI FLO, was held on April 3, 2024. The event was hosted by Governing Body member Sunita Kanoria at her residence in Vasant Kunj.

In her opening speech, Joyshree Das Verma expressed her gratitude and excitement for leading FICCI FLO into a new era of empowerment and progress. The theme for Joyshree Das Verma's tenure, & COLLECTIVE VISION, COLLABORATIVE ACTION," was introduced as a representation of FLO’s shared goal of building a strong, inclusive community for sustainable progress. She invited attendees to participate in various initiatives and projects aimed at empowering women and creating a more equitable society.

The event also featured a presentation outlining Joyshree Das Verma’s vision for the year and the strategy for its implementation through a series of events, activities, and national initiatives. She emphasized the importance of member involvement in these initiatives, highlighting the significance of workshops, training, and online learning sessions organized by FLO for the benefit of its members.

The networking session also featured an interactive segment where the first 50 members were given the opportunity to speak about their business interests. This segment provided a platform for members to introduce themselves, share insights about their businesses, and express their interests in collaboration and partnership opportunities within the FLO network.

This segment not only allowed members to showcase their businesses but also facilitated meaningful interactions and connections among attendees. Members were able to exchange ideas, explore potential collaborations, and forge new relationships that could lead to future partnerships. The evening was further enriched by a special performance by renowned singer and Padma Bhushan awardee, Ms. Usha Uthup. Her presence added to the inspiration and energy of the event, setting the stage for a successful networking session.
