Festival of India ‘Namaste Stockholm’ -Make in India: Grow with India & Conference on ‘Gender & Diversity: Keys to Success’ – Stockholm, Sweden

FICCI Ladies organisation was invited by the Indian Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden to participate in the 2nd edition of India Unlimited, with the theme – Make in India: Grow with India as also for the cconference on ‘Gender & Diversity- Keys to Success”

Dr. Manju Kalra Prakash, Executive Director, FLO was invited as a Speaker at the Conference. Honb’le Minister for Women & Child Development, GOI Mrs. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi was the Chief Guest. Besides this, there were speakers from Swedish companies.

There was a Catalogue show of the businesses of FLO members, besides showcasing FLO activities.

The book brought out by FLO, “150 Success Stories of Women Entrepreneurs: Entrepreneurship Against all Odds” was released on the occasion. This book recognises India’s unsung women entrepreneurs from the grassroots level and acknowledges the powerful role they play in helping build a better future for their families and communities.

The book on legal rights for women, brought out by FLO – “Laws Affecting Women in India- A Ready Reckoner” was also highly appreciated at the forum.
