In her Address, she highlighted that, “The Interstate Meet is a common platform for experience sharing showcasing, mentoring & networking of our dynamic pan-India members. We hope to bring together women entrepreneurs and professionals from Delhi and 13 Chapters across India and provide a perfect milieu for exchange of ideas and meeting of the minds. Our objective is to develop the wisdom to lead; coming together as strong voice for and by women.
She added, “The power of the 1.8 billion refers to India’s youth and the enormous opportunity they represent to transform the future. The potential economic gains will be realised when a country’s working age population is larger than the population that is dependant. We have never seen so many young people…..never again is their likely to be such a potential for progress. Critical youth investments need to be made…protecting their rights, improving their health and providing skill and knowledge. In this perspective FLO understands that it is imperative to harness the power of the young and therefore FLO has initiated YFLO in Ahamdabad for its younger members. They are our future innovators, creators, builders and leaders of the future. The YFLO Ahmedabad chapter is the fourth YFLO to be established in India. The first three were set up in Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad. said Ms Bimbhet.
Ms Aditi Parekh took over the mantle as the Chairperson of YFLO Ahmedabad Chapter.
