Building People Centric Organisations

FICCI President and CMD, Marico Ltd., Mr Harsh Mariwala addressed FLO members on a very pertinent topic 'Building People Centric Organisation'.
A people centric model is one of the key elements of a successful organization. Mr. Mariwala emphasized on the fact that people are the biggest asset of any organization. He also said that it is important that the whole system has to be structured around them to serve them instead of enslaving them and monopolizing their energy. He cited the example of the work culture of Marico Ltd. that emphasizes on optimal flow of information.
