Chairperson's Message

Dear Friends,

The size of our success is measured by the size of.our desires and the strength of our dreams.” Standing at the cusp of the 10th year of FLO Lucknows’ remarkable journey, I am filled with a great sense of awe.
Heading a women’s organization committed to women’s empowerment is a profound responsibility and I am acutely aware of the same especially as I look back upon the great body of work of my predecessors.

The mantra for the year, as defined by my President, Mrs. Joyshree Das Verma, is – collective vision, collaborative action. True to this vision, and keeping in mind the fact that this us our chapters 10th year, we have planned 10 mega events, 10 collaborations and 10 social initiatives.

In addition, it will be my endeavor to ensure that my Chapter grows by leaps and bounds and that members reach their true potential through workshops and learning sessions thereby ensuring their continued engagement with FLO.

Our social outreach programs through various channel partners will guarantee skilling to women at large and also solidify our presence both in the city and the media.

My team of deeply committed, talented women are the foundation of my confidence and strength. Together, with my team and the guidance of my past chairpersons, I will ensure that FLO Lucknow, reaches new heights, makes a substantive difference to the tapestry of our society and becomes the most aspirational organization in our city.
